There is no way for us to identify the enormous talent and skills a person possesses just by looking at him. One's potential will only be unleashed when one is put in a fertile environment with a disciplined process.
What is this concept of a fertile environment where we can unleash our maximum potential all about? It is the conscious selection of events and circumstances which can nourish our mind, body and spirit.
We have an amazing power to perform miracles if we put in every conscious and committed effort to bring out the best in ourselves. We have been blessed with an immeasurable ''power to choose'' to be able to make positive changes in our lives. To live a full life, we cannot just wish it, we cannot just hope it, we cannot just want it, we have to work on it.
The first step to start working on it is to change our poor self-concept. We get conditioning from our environment, family and friends, which, if negative, destroys our self-esteem. It is up to us to transform every negative into something positive. The second step is to ration our time wisely and focus more on activities which can bring the highest return in our personal and professional lives. One of the best things to do is to open up ourselves to continuous learning. For example, we can listen to audio books while on the road. The third step is to shun away from fear of failure and take every setback as an opportunity to improve. Any failure in the path towards our dreams is not personal; it serves as a feedback for us to take better steps next time.
Again, the power to choose is in your hands. Stop fear from taking hold of your life. Get it out of the way. Be courageous enough to use your skills to achieve your professional goals. There is no greater time than now. Make this day a memorable day by bringing your dreams to life. You can certainly perform miracles, can't you?
