Reclaiming lost childhood traits

You may have observed kids during playtime. They give their 100% focus on the activity they are into. They are keen learners and love rough-and-tumble play.

When they fight, they never hold a grudge towards each other. The most significant quality they possess is living in the present moment without fear of the unknown. They try new things and learn them with zeal and zest.

However, our life transforms as we grow older. Almost all traits that we had during our childhood simply fade away.

Jealousy, grudge, irresponsibilities, lies and bad behaviours begin to take over. We get these from our surroundings and we struggle with these issues every day.

The best success formula is to move away from sources of negative feelings and self-doubt. Surround yourself with people who will help you develop a healthy mind and body.

Switch to positive channels and sources of information, and bring positive thinking to your life. Like a precious asset, protect your mind from being polluted by negative thoughts and ideas.

This mechanism will start to change your mental programming. With consistent practice, you will learn how to control your thoughts and actions, and awaken the dormant possibilities within you.

Condition your mind to always feel excited and energetic in the workplace. Do your tasks with a sense of purpose, without any grudge and ill feelings towards your superiors and colleagues, and without any self-doubt or fear of what is to come. This promotes smooth working relationships and paves the way to achieving your career goals.

Handy Hints
