Our brain and its associated powers are a living miracle. All the material things you see are a product of this fact – that someone utilized his or her mental powers for the benefit of all. Our brain has an interesting built-in mechanism which needs to be understood in order to get the maximum benefit from it.

In order to understand your mind’s work mechanism, let’s take an example. When you are purchasing clothes of a brand and color, you started realizing that a lot of people in your surroundings are after the same stuff. Do you remember when you purchased your car, then suddenly it seemed that the same car in the same color started to appear around most places and on the road? You scratch your head and wonder where these cars came from and why you never spotted them before.

This phenomenon is a result of your “concentrated focus” which has the capacity to activate the reticular activating system (RAS) in the brain. This is a very small part at the back of the brain that is said to have a special power to transform the brain into something radar-like. With this on, the brain can now spot all similar things in your surroundings which you are currently focusing at.

So why not switch your concentrated focus on your goals, dreams and desires with absolute clarity, and spot all the similar opportunities around which will lead you to the attainment of your objectives? Remember, your RAS will respond to you like a genie with a statement “your wish is my command,” and will filter all the useful information related to your goals, and dig out all the ways to achieve them.

All smart marketers know this secret, and they try to attract your focus via advertisements on multiple channels to activate your RAS system. This is the reason that you end up buying a product similar to an advertised item which you might have seen just the other night.

You need to program your RAS with all your positive goals and dreams, persistently write and visualize those specific goals for at least 21 days, and see how you make things happen.

Handy Hints
• The things we see around us are proof of the brain’s capacity
• Concentrated focus awakens the reticular activating system
• Positive goals and dreams must be programmed into the RAS
