Prepare specifications as per customer requirementPromote and sell decorative products / powder coating to builders and developers, expand the decorative paint market to achieve the budgeted sales, gross margin, and increase market shares. Exp 4 to 8 yrs in SalesResponsible for achieving the sales budget within the assigned territory Dealing with top level managementGo in line with the strategies of the sales department. To ensure business development and increase in customer base.Long term relationship with customer, focus on increasing sales per customer Total customer and territory business responsibility for sales, service and coordination.Responsible for ensuring that imposed tasks are carried out professionally and practically pursuant to instructions, public requirements, and plans of action in order to ensure that the established objectives are achieved. Build up consultant and contractor network as per company guidelines and thereby increase reach and market shareEnsuring timely service of preview and samples to sites as requested by customer or proposed by us Coordinate with Customer Service to ensure timely delivery of paints.Provide technical and commercial information about company's products to customers. Execute all local sales promotional activities like executing Contractor Loyalty programme in close coordination with marketing team and dealer network.Requirement Very good english communication, good sales experience....
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
