To Establish Reputation, Maintain Bose Business Practices and Promote the Job Purpose E sale of Bose Products through the assigned multi brand reseller outlets in his/her defined territory. Accountability / Results Orientation Business Acumen G Key Required Competencies Communication - (English & Regional) Presentation of Self Networking Organizes and Plans Job Responsibilities Sales Meet weekly/Monthly Budgets and Maximize the sales of Bose products at the assigned Kiosk locations. H To create awareness about our business expectations with the assigned resellers. Identify and Suggest sales opportunities/best practices relevant to his/her goals. Operations Shall be the first point of contact for the resellers sales team for support and resolve queries related to our business. Coach and identify training needs of vendor employees on Bose Selling standards. Review Performance and Identify Concerns of each assigned reseller through regular interractions (Market Visit/Phone Call) Stock Coordination (Stock Ordering, Mainting Location Wise Stock Record, Maintain POD's, Coordinate with Bose Accounts Team for Periodic Stock I Audit) Coordinate with Bose Accounts Team to generate timely invoices and resolve any accounting discrepancies. Extend Support with Bose Projects Team for new locations (Kiosk installations/ Handover) Coordinate with Bose service team (For Demo Products Repairs/Kiosk Repairs/End Customer Issues) when ever required Keep daily track (report)of Sales/Stock at all assigned resellers. Provide prompt and updated Weekly/Monthly reports to the reporting supervisor. Communication Establish trust and credibility of Bose products and services with our channel partners. J Builds positive working relationship with the reseller staff (Store Manager, Sales Team) to have constant and updated Market intelligence. Manage Conflicts with resellers. Eliminate ambiguity or incorrectly formed perceptions by the resellers by communicating terms/offers concisely and amicably.
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
