Responsible for all aspects of a client relationship, pre-sales and post-sales technical assistance.Gaining a clear understanding of each prospective client's strategic direction and future growth opportunities. Responsible for building a sales pipeline for the account and delivering all activities per SLAs set for the client.Meet with client Hiring Managers on a daily basis to develop lasting relationships. Plan and attend client entertainment events.Effectively manage and prioritize a high volume of requisitions. Work closely with the technical recruiting team to clearly communicate client requirements ensuring the successful identification of candidates.Knowledgeable and skilled to develop business relationships, understanding client s needs, and providing solutions.POSITION REQUIREMENTS 3-5 years of experience as Account Manager in Staffing Services. Bachelors Degree; preferably in Business. Selling, negotiation and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
