ResponsibilitiesThe main areas of responsibilities for this role are detailed under1. Deliver on Sales Targets of online business a. Adhere to the sales policies and procedures for centre in collaborationb. Innovate and suggest local sales promotion activities within budget c. Grow and sustain advertisement revenue by focusing on agencies/ corporate clients2. Customer Account Managementa. Identify and build alliances with corporate business partners/ Agencies representing such corporate houses. b. Provide inputs in the development of sales pitches and proposals.c. Track and facilitate the process of credit collections3. Business Development a. Continuously collate competitive data business intelligence and monitor competitive offerings and give their inputs to help reposition/ redesign/ introduce offerings.b. Identify new and prospective customers, initiate and develop alternative sources of content to increase businessDesired Candidate ProfileCustomer Relationship Management and Negotiation Skills Analytical skills for analyzing products, customers and market dynamics.Focus and ability to achieve competitive revenue targets. Ability to prioritize competing demands
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
