Business DevelopmentPlan, direct, and monitor the activities of sales within a specified State / a city state to achieve established sales targetsResponsible for managing the activities of a Zone's sales force in order to implement the organizations' overall sales strategy for an assigned territoryImplement the Business Area strategy in the assigned territoryResponsible for developing business forecast, pursue prospects and generating new leadsIdentifying and build relationship with the major customers and ensuring customers retention measuresOversee sales support activities such as sales administration, customer service, distribution, invoicing, and credit and collections to ensure that customer orders are processed, dispatched, invoiced, and paid accurately and on timeDistribution ManagementDevelop, monitor and control distribution network in the area of responsibilityResponsible for periodically evaluating the distributor's business performanceClarify Data ManagementMonitor the updation of Information regarding customer visitsUpdation of Competitors informationManagement of the entire data and usage of the same for achieving the business resultsOthersMonitor all compliances relating to product Placement, IPC compliance, documentation, reporting in clarify, and manage critical customer issues in the assigned territoryExecution of the sales promotion plan through his sales force in the assigned territory and managing the same.
