ResponsibilitiesMaking sales callsPreparing client proposals, presentationsPlan weekly sales cycle and schedule client meeting accordinglyGenerate ideas for clients based on the brand requirementMarket InformationPreparing client and market mapping reports for his area / industryReports on client spends at a brand levelFollow up and ensure that monies are collected on time including sending appropriate reminders to clients and agencies for paymentConducting competition tracking and monitoring on a daily basisMedia Tracking to generate prospectsPreparing sales and sales related reports including daily call reports, weekly reports, sales projection report, monthly sales plan etcPlan and budget revenue generation for the week and monthProvide written brief to programming for the spot / commercial based on inputs from client / agencyEnsure that ROs and TOs are appropriately generated and the spots are scheduled accordingly (through the sales coordinator and scheduler)Contribute to sales strategy and generate ideas for revenue maximizationDevelop and sell specials and eventsMaintain strong relationships with clients and agencies in the persons portfolioORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPSReports to Retail / Corporate Sales Head in Metros and to Sales Head in non-metrosThe position expects the person to work with considerable amount of independence and take decision regarding the target achievement. The sound engineers and promo producers for commercials3. Marketing to understand events calendar and generate revenue from them4. Scheduler for scheduling the commercials5. Sales coordinator for TO, payment reminders etcExternal personsThe position requires the person to coordinate with agency personnel, clients, their key decision makers, decision influences etc
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
