Job Details

Drive revenue growth of IP product and research solutions by meeting or exceeding both new sales and retention quotas Responsible for attainment of net sales and revenue quotas for assigned territory Maintaining working knowledge of product, policies and procedures and continuously develop sales skills Ability to clearly articulate and demonstrate leading IP research solutions that best meet the customers requirement Prospect and develop new business through a high volume of strategic prospecting and account development Uses appropriate interpersonal styles and communication methods necessary to gain acceptance of a product, service, or idea from prospects and clients. Develop and grow a rigorous pipeline with accurate forecasting by cold calling, referencing, primary and secondary research Reports regularly on sales activity, revenue forecasts and closure timeline Keep up to date with the competitor and customer environment Qualifications Highly effective communication, presentation and research skills. Product knowledge and awareness of online products and subscription based selling. Fully competent in Customer Relationship Management systems Fully competent knowledge of the overall business includes a broad market understanding and strong understanding of customer's business model. Core Competencies Selling Skills (identify, develop, & articulate proposition/ consultative selling) Good Communication skills Time management/ Ability to multi-task Analytical and Process oriented Strong execution abilities and enthusiastic Excellent customer relationship management skills Experience Prior experience in sales ( 03 - 05 Years ) Profile with Intellectual Property solution sales experience preferred Experience in Subscription based selling or similar models. ( at least 01-02 Years ) Experience preferred in Online / Publishing/Solution Selling
Degree: M.Com. (Commerce) | M.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | M.Sc. (Science) | MA (Arts) | MBA/ PGDM | MCA/ PGDCA
