Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitabilityRelationship Management & strengthening business in the existing accountsInitiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets.Manage and keep hunting for more whale-d accounts that is just as profitable and farm able as the firsthand Accounts.Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.Creates and conducts proposal presentations and RFP responses.Focus on New Acquired Accounts and try to churn the existing service providersConflict resolutionEscalation Management Maintains contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.Essentials5+ years of relevant experienceExperience in managing accounts for IT Service company.Strong influencing skills.Excellent communication, presentability required.Displays conceptual, analytical & strategic thinking Sound & strong managerial, leadership, execution and decision making skillsPassion to learn new things and taking up challenges Achievement oriented team builder with ability to make sound judgments and take correct decisionsThinking out of the box, andstriving for improvement in the processes
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
