Required Experience / SkillsAround 7-10 years of overall experience in IT servicesRecent experience of 2-3 years in selling and account management in US marketExperience of working in global delivery modelExperience in account management and mining activities for a large customerExperience in developing business and nurturing relationships within the accountsBroad understanding of technologies / IT skillsAbility to interact with CEO / CXO client executives is essentialExposure to Healthcare market (Payer/ Provider/ Life Sciences) is a plusBachelor's or Master's degree in engineering /management or related fieldRoleLead sales activities for CitiusTechDrive and co-ordinate prospecting/joint sales efforts in given marketsDevelop and manage a robust sales pipeline for given accountWork with delivery organization to scope solutions and close dealsVisit clients onsite to present solutions & get approvalsParticipate in contract discussions / negotiationsParticipate in trade shows / conferencesParticipate in joint sales activities with clients and their customersPresalesManage large client relationshipsManage client relationships including onsite review meetings with client stakeholdersIdentify and scope growth opportunities within the accountFacilitate project definition, requirement gathering, design, architecture, etc. for delivery teams Other areas of participationLead and manage technology partnerships and joint sales opportunitiesDevelop new business opportunities through consultative sellingPartner with C-Level executives within the accounts to drive outcomesBuild and execute account strategy for revenue growthBuild and nurture relationships within the accounts
