Job Details

Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability. Prepares action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects. Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets. Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed. Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding market performance. Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin. Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports Creates and conducts proposal presentations. Drives preparation of proposals and presentations. Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines. Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes. Qualifications To be successful, youll bring with you; Large, key account management and client acquisition Proven results, and subject matter expertise in diversified industries and business segments Graduate in any discipline An MBA from a preferred B School is an added advantage though not must Minimum 4-7 years of sales experience Exposure to B2B sales is mandatory Solution selling and Concept Sales Adept in building and conveying value propositions
