Key responsibilities include; Development of a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability. Preparation of action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects. Initiation and coordination of development of action plans to penetrate new markets. Assistance in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed. Providing timely feedback to senior management regarding market performance. Providing timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin. Maintaining accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports Create and conduct proposal presentations. Drive preparation of proposals and presentations. Control expenses to meet budget guidelines. Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes. Maintain excellent relationships with customers Maximise online subscription sales and achieve monthly and annual revenue targetsQualifications To be successful, youll bring with you; Good in depth knowledge of the Legal/Corporate /Academic Markets Product knowledge of online products and subscription based selling. Working knowledge of MS Office and Internet. Institutional Sales and Distribution Channel/s An MBA degree from a preferred B School is an added advantage though not must Minimum 4-7 years of sales experience Experience in Subscription based selling. ( at least 2 Years ) Experience preferred in Online / Publishing / Legal trade / Academic Institutions Good Communication skills Time management/ Ability to multi-task Account Management / Good in Interpersonal relationships Analytical and Process orientation. Strong execution abilities and enthusiasm. Excellent people interface and matrix team management skills.
