Understand business strategy; Create and Execute finance and operations plan; Work withManagement team to prepare annual budgets, set goals for various functions aligned with the segment teamsexpectation andreview progress; Coordinate with finance team in Denmark and align the subsidiary activities; Drive through management team to achieve EBT goalsControl and ReviewConduct and lead monthly review meetings to review progress of the functions. Help functions reach their goals and support inter department workingfor achieving them. Facilitate and lead the business review with MIS to track Subsidiary budget vs actuals on sales, receivables, service and highlight bottlenecks;People Management Ensure resources are trained and developed to handle functions independently as per plan, Identify learning and development needs through effective process andorganise trainings / Workshops in co-operation withHR, Effectivelyexecute and continuously improve reward and recognition systems, Ensure goals of team aligned with function local goals & subsidiary strategy CompliancePrepare a risk assessment system and review the risk assessment report to identify risk potential in each of the processes; Identify gaps and implement changes with relevant approval from manager; Create an atmosphere of free and fearless communication where any one will raise an alarm when any risk comes to their notice. Review SOPs for adherence to ISOcertifications ; Suggest and approve changes to SOPs; Direct team to coordinate for audits; Review non-compliance report; Guide team to close all identified NCs within defined timelinesin order to maintain and enhance compliance with ISO and other guidelines.Global Co-operationParticipate in the Regional and Global functional meetings, projects and provide necessary inputs for defining financial and compliance policies; Activelyco-operateawith in Asia with sharing best practices and leveraging the strengths of subsidiaries in AsiaEducation & Relevant Experience Charteredaccountant with 15years experienceof which min 3 years should have been independently managing the finance & accounting of a Business unit / P&L of 500 MINR. Should have managed accounting, internal and external audit, annual accounts finalisation, filing of returnsetc.. KnowledgeKnowledge of AccountingKnowledge of P&L reporting and accountsfinalisationKnowledge of Statutory requirements and adherenceAbility to handle disputes / show cause notices from statutory departmentsKnowledge of business financing / bankingKnowledge of handling the import activity
Degree: CA (Chartered Accountant)

Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
