Job Details

The Accounts & Operations manager will be responsible for payroll, MIS and operations for the whole office. Responsibilities Setup the operational systems and processes in support of the organization s mission specifically, the payroll, accounts, MIS and any other required reporting systems. Dealing with Vendors etc to maintain the effectiveness of the organizations support services (HR, IT, recruitment and finance) Invoicing to funding sources, including calculation of completed units of service. Disbursement of cheques for agency expenses. Organization of fiscal documents. Work on and setup any new reporting system required by the organization (excel based or using plug and play software). Qualifications At least 2 years job experience Strong background and work experience in Finance Excellent MS Excel skills(Advanced Excel with certification preferred) Excellent computer skills and proficient in MS Office Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Persuasive with details and facts High comfort level working in a diverse environment
Degree: MBA/ PGDM

Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
