Dear Jobs Seeker,We are currently hiring for Admin Assistant Feamle for an MNC in Domlur & Marathahalli Bangalore Position Administrative AssistantLocation Domlur Bangalore Industry InstituteQualification Any Graduate PRIMARY PURPOSEThe Administrative Manager will support the Center Leadership Team by managing the administrative systems in order to ensure the smooth running of the Center to meet the needs of our children, parents, staff team. This includes support with communications, reporting, record keeping, ordering and processing of invoices.The Administrative Manager will on many occasions act as the receptionist and therefore be the welcoming face of the Center. It is important that the Administrative Manager engages in safe ways of working at all times and that confidentiality is maintained at all times.RESPONSIBILITIES Communications Follow best practice of customer service to potential and existing parents Respond clearly to all written and verbal communication from Parents, Client and staff Document all enquiries and follow the enrollment process Take minutes and distribution of minutes for monthly staff meetings, monthly client meetings etc Send and receive feedback/questionnaires from parentsFurther responsibilities Supporting staff with administrative duties and other tasks as required Purchasing and ordering of supplies Liaising with internal contractors for maintenance, purchasing, parent and staff access into the center Attending all monthly staff meetings Responding to client internal requests Assist in the introduction of new families and marketing programs Assist with any internal parent forum meetings/ events / marketing / Updating internal.
