ADMINISTRATION MANAGER

Work location: Abu Dhabi

Salary:  AED 10,000 – 15,000 (full package)

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree
  • Must have at least 5-7 years’ experience in the same capacity in a manufacturing industry
  • In-depth understanding of Human resources concepts, practices, policies and procedures
  • Knowledge of HSE and office management practices, procedures and policies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to influence/persuade all levels of staff
  • Proven skills to quickly evaluate complex issues and identify multiple options for resolution

Major Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate administrative and HR procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes
  • Responsible for health and safety compliance for the organization
  • Create and maintain effective internal controls for equipment inventory and maintenance
  • Manage the vehicle data base and commissioning of vehicles
