To perform the primary administrative tasks pertaining to the background feasibility process as part of the overall feasibility processTo create, maintain, and monitor feasibility data storage on Pharm-Olams computer systems to facilitate project specific filingTo update and maintain (in collaboration with team) feasibility templatesDownload, prepare, and disseminate daily and final response data in an easily readable excel formatUpdate and maintain feasibility related trackers (including technical issues log)Produce global feasibility metrics and graphics on a quarterly and annual basis in conjunction with the Director.Assist with Investigator / Clinical Trial searches via available internal and external resourcesGenerate Win / Loss reportsGenerate Resourcing ReportMain Purpose of JobDevelopment and maintenance of all background feasibility administrative processesUpdate and maintain feasibility templates, filing, and tracking proceduresPreparation of feasibility related files and templates into project specific formatCompliance with timelines for feasibility set up proceduresAccess, download and disseminate daily and finalised excel response data in blinded / unblinded format for reference by the country / business / project management / medical and client teams.Ensure daily updating of Global Feasibility tracker as part of the preparation for quarterly and annual feasibility metrics and related excel generated graphicsAssist with any requests for Investigator / site / clinical trial searches via available internal and external resourcesAttend daily BD teleconference as required.Maintain and update departmental information repositories, trackers, and databases and complete routine administrative tasks (e.g. timesheets) in a timely manner.Undertake therapeutic and in house training, as necessary, and keep abreast of developments in clinical research generallyPreferred QualificationsMinimum of 2 years related experience in clinical research; or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Bachelor s Degree in Healthcare or Biological Science desirable Good knowledge of medical terminology, GCP, FDA regulations, and Drug Development processGeneral understanding of clinical research processExcellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skillsHigh level of proficiency with excel spreadsheets and dataStrong computer literacy, including well-developed computer skillsCustomer service orientationAbility to work independently and to effectively prioritize tasksAbility to manage multiple tasksHigh level of attention to detailAbility to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers and managers.
