Infrastructure & Facilities Management Overseeing facility management including maintenance & upkeep of large complexes including infrastructure, buildings, security, etc.; developing budgets & annual plans to manage facilities as per organisational needs & parameters Evaluating internal control systems with a view to highlight the shortcomings and taking corrective actions; ensuring optimum resource & manpower utilisation to achieve business goals; leading efforts for generating maximum cost & energy savings Security/ Disaster Management Overseeing day-to-day security operations & implementing stringent security measures for the safety of companys assets, equipment and entire facility; following security programs to guard against theft, vandalism & violence Evaluating security arrangements involving security plans & deployment of security personnel with focus on Crisis Response & Disaster Management; monitoring & reporting any untoward incident which may cause damage to the site security Administration & Vendor Management Managing administrative functions and ensuring effective rendering of services including housekeeping, security, cafeteria, transport, front office, helpdesk, office equipment, etc. to enable smooth flow of day-to-day operations Developing & negotiating with vendors and managing contracts for obtaining timely procurement of materials at favourable terms; outsourcing AMC contracts for the maintenance of office buildingStatutory Compliances/MIS Reports/ Employee Engagement Monitoring adherence to statutory regulations & compliances including formulating processes, documentation, business control checks, etc.; coordinating with various govt. & local agencies for obtaining necessary clearances Negotiating and amicably setting issues among the employees & management arising due to security, facilities, administration, etc.; monitoring adherence to pre-defined SOPs as well as handling issuance of ID Cards, Leaves, Visitors Card, etc.
Degree: M.Com. (Commerce) | M.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | M.Sc. (Science) | MA (Arts) | MBA/ PGDM | MCA/ PGDCA

Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
