Main Duties and ResponsibilitiesDevelopment and management of various tools/reports catering to processes followed by IB Tech and Change Business Management team. The role will be responsible for furthering the teams mandate to drive efficiencies across IB Technology by creating scalable and efficient processes, and toolsets across IB. The candidate will perform qualitative assessments of projects, provide an independent, neutral voice to facilitate problem solving and develop recommendations for action The candidate must have a good understanding of project management tools, methodologies and approaches to manage complex, multi-disciplinary projects. Support the Business Management team in their efforts to build Data mining and analysis, Enterprise Portal, Data Gathering and Reporting solutionso Work with BM specialists and partners to learn their processes, gather requirements and generate functional and technical documents, test scripts and help files for the toolso Develop/optimize reporting tools, packages, routines and reports to consolidate information for our business stakeholders across various data repositories, for financial, project and resource tracking, billing and recharges across the groupo Take ownership and execute existing routines and packages in order to deliver existing work packages owned by the team Financial Reporting for IB Technology, Wealth Billing, financial hierarchies, Software Capitalization reports, etc.o Identify opportunities to drive efficiencies and increase productivity by leveraging technology to its full advantage, supporting various business processes and removing manual workarounds where possible. Create appropriate version controls and documentation in place in order to have a persistent, non person dependant knowledge base embedded within the team Participate in various governance forums in order to drive technical solutions and requirements for these solutions Industrialisation of Business Management Drive efficiencies by working with other members of the business management function to consolidate existing tools and processes in keeping with Lean best practise. Proactively look for areas of improvement within either the processes or tools within the function. Take ownership of a plan to realise these improvements and drive to completion.Look for and highlight areas of improvement that will generate cost savings or value enhancements for the firm.
