Ensuring services under the scope of Administration dept are delivered as per SOP and focused atsatisfying internal customers. To organize and manage required resources so that the same isensured.? Contract Administration of all Admin contracts, check and maintain compliance of the contract inrespect of legal/ IR formalities, safety and other compliances as per company standards? Responsible for preparing annual budgets in conformity with Organisation group and CFO?s directions and ensure that the budget is adhered to at all the levels. ? Participates in management meetings, seminars and ensures that decisions are implemented in the department. Percolates down Companies Core values and GTI Vision/Mission.? Ensures Admin Policy are strictly adhered to including but not limited to LOA (limits ofAuthority), Finance policies and SOPS of other depts.? Performs any other related activities, as requested. Education Graduate from recognised University? Experience Requires 10-15 years of experience in Admin & Facilities management? Must be organized and be able to handle internal audits as per company requirements.? Requires excellent negotiation, verbal and written communication skills, and interpersonal skills.? Must be team player & able to demonstrate leadership and influencing skills. Have goodpresentation skill.? Must be able to maintain confidentiality of company private information.? Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and intermediate verbal inHindi or Marathi.? Requires exceptional time management, due to fast moving and dynamic environment. Ability tohandle work pressure and maintain timelines.? Excellent interpersonal skills. Innovative and able to find out of box solutions.? Must be customer service oriented, sensitive to the needs of the departments and others.
