PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES(IPE Factors Impact & Innovation)? Ensuring services under the scope of Administration dept are delivered as per SOP and focused atsatisfying internal customers. To organize and manage required resources so that the same isensured.? Contract Administration of all Admin contracts, check and maintain compliance of the contract inrespect of legal/ IR formalities, safety and other compliances as per company standards? Responsible for preparing annual budgets in conformity with Organisation group and CFO?s directions and ensure that the budget is adhered to at all the levels.? Participates in management meetings, seminars and ensures that decisions are implemented in the department. Percolates down Companies Core values and GTI Vision/Mission. ? Ensures Admin Policy are strictly adhered to including but not limited to LOA (limits ofAuthority), Finance policies and SOPS of other depts.? Performs any other related activities, as requested.
Degree: M.Com. (Commerce) | M.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | M.Sc. (Science) | MA (Arts) | MBA/ PGDM | MCA/ PGDCA

Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
