Sales strategy & Independent handling and directly responsible for Corporate Ad Sales Revenue Ad revenue to grow in line with market potential. Key Account Management. Drive all sales operations for Newspaper and optimization of team Drive ROI Must Have Attributes MBA (pref Marketing) Strong Network with a high focus on relationships, influencing skills Has to have done Sales personally, Client oriented approach towards Sales The desired profile would have handled revenue targets of INR 12-15cr+ & would have worked with diverse people segments Strategic, analytical, number savvy MIS and Ops skills Presentable/ extroverted, Mature & intelligent with high focus on sales Sound interpersonal skills with a proven ability to lead and influence teams Entrepreneurial Spirit& innovative approach Ground Connect Sense of self belief Relationship Driven Focused Result oriented with strong analytical abilities Networking & high consumer focus Desired Attributes Understanding the socio-economic, demographic, political and industrial landscape of Market Understanding of overall media, client spends with special focus on print. Understanding of regional markets Basic Understanding of Marketing / Brand Management
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
