KEY RESPONSIBILITIESFinancialPreparation of annual budgetCost forecasts and variance analysis.Developing long term and short term strategiesMaintaining MIS and sales analysisEffectively use & develop the key financial indicators like P&L, Operational MIS, Menu engineering, F&B costing necessary to measure business performance and draw accurate conclusions from financial informationInventory, Equipments & QualityAssist & supervise in the Inventory managementEnsure ongoing & preventive maintenance of outlet equipmentControl and check inventory for bond items, liquor and other food suppliesVendors development & managementConducting hygiene inspections and conveying feedback to operating staff for gaps in actual Food Safety StandardsConducting regular check of physical inventories of food & bar supplies and assesses projected needsControlling Food, Beverage & Operations Cost.Food & Beverage OperationsEffectively manages food & beverage production priorities while keeping track of pre-set quality and hygiene standards as well as aesthetic presentation of food and beverages,Monitors progress towards goals and initiatives to ensure timely completion,Establish contingency plans to address potential obstacles and/or changing demands.Identifies and analyzes the impact of decisions on the team/restaurant before outlining a planUtilizes available talents and resources and delegates appropriately.Relationship ManagementBuild Collaborative RelationshipsResponsible for Guest or Customer Relationship ManagementMaintaining CRM data baseAudit shift report submitted by managers and give guidance and resolution, motivate & inspire management team by leading by example Develop training plans and training budgets in consultation with HR departmentUnderstand training needs & resources to make good hiring decisionsRecognize strengths and developmental opportunities of Team Members, and make development of staff a priority.Understand where individual talent can best be utilized, provide honest, timely and constructive feedback so that Team Members can continually improve performance, and clearly identify career.Personnel life cycle management (hiring, orientation, training, directing, mentoring, appraisals, & firing)AdministrativeLiaison with government authoritiesLicenses and agreementsVendor paymentsUtility Payments
