Key ResponsibilitiesImplementation of HR systems and processes in line with the Organizations HR frameworkImplement and ensure effective compliance of Corporate policies / programs / procedures & Initiatives across Apeejay Education SocietyContinuously drive for operational excellence; create opportunities and initiatives for process improvement and better work culture.Preparation of HR Operations budget, Implementation of Group policies, Administering the welfare schemes, disciplinary proceedings including enquiriesWork with line managers and employees to address all types of employee relations issues, fairly representing all interests.MIS, Payroll & Attendance Managemento Ensure timely release of payroll to all staff, including increments and bonuses, and ensure that all compensation-related regulatory norms are thoroughly followedo Ensuring the various MISs like headcount / attrition reports are generated accurately and in time and do the analysis to identify the concern areas and enable organizational decision makingo Update and maintain the employee database and provide the report as per organizational requirement.o Managing personnel filing systems and databases,payroll,attendance and leave records, and all other data required for statutory and labour compliance lawsEmployee Engagemento Develop and implement effective programs that build and enhance employee engagemento Budgeting and Forecasting for Employee engagement related initiativeso Manage employee engagement programs and drive culture integration across the group.Support the operational aspects of other sub-functions within HR.o Support the design and execution of employee Reward & Recognition initiativeso Support training function in the employee inductionPerformance Management SystemResponsible for handling, the end to end Performance Management System.Responsible for job analysisResponsible for co-coordination with all department heads for the completion of assessmentAnalysis of performance data and MISResponsible for timely setting of KRA and review as per the Performance Appraisal System guidelinesResponsible to ensure that Targets/Key Result Areas and Personal Development Targets are set for all positions.Responsible/coordination for periodically performance appraisals
Degree: MBA/ PGDM

Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
