Job Description1-Manage to make an impact in the first 90 days in the job with a passion and drive to succeed2-Establish alliance partner strategy with hardware, software & service providers in discussion withsales & marketing and product management.3-Engage, Identify, establish and nurture alliance partnerships in every complimentary product /service category and target market to drive joint solution & service offerings and the business plan.4-Develop plans enabling direct sales, channel sales and delivery teams and execute aggressively for market leadership5-Improve and Align the alliance partner strategy and the execution plan to the changes andevolution of the market and the competitor's relationship with the partners6-Measure & manage the revenue, growth and return on investment from every alliance partner relationship for best performance.Desired Profile1-Excellent understanding of market dynamics and the ability grow and sustain businesses in ahighly competitive and changing marketplace2-Ability to work both independently and with a team. Comfortable working with multiple internal teams, from individual contributors to senior executives, as well asbuilding/maintaining relationship with clients, partners, etc.3-Ability to collaborate with and motivate individuals at all levels of the partner relationships4-Strong result / goal orientation and a track record of exceeding partner revenue targets5-Experience in successfully developing and leading multiple strategic partnerships6-Willing and able to travel7-Strong project and program management skills including design and execution on global or regional business plans8-A self-starter needing minimal management oversight to perform day to day responsibilities9-Assertive strong negotiation skills to work with sales and partner peers10-Strategic thinker who is able to blend consulting and business strategy to develop compellingplans for new partner initiatives11-Experience with creating and building differentiated relationship with partners in the OEM / SI / ISV community12-Demonstrated ability to drive significant influenced revenue through OEM / SI / ISVpartnerships
