SUMMARYAs Alliance Sales Manager, you will play a key role in our partners success by managing partners and champions of the Industry, while leading a team of customer success executives who implement and manage the user experience of our clients. You will work on identifying and managing 2 aspects partners business needs, ensuring we deliver services effectively, and be responsible for training our partners to optimize our services and programs. Success will be measured by partner s sales, pipeline, partner and client satisfaction.Build successful relationships with Industry Champions to create potential leads from educational institutions.RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and maintain long-term relationships with SchoolTime partner & champions. Drive the strategic direction of the partnership and generate targeted revenue.Lead the Customer Sucess team responsible for implementing and servicing new partner clientsManage tracking and progress against partnership key success metrics. Manage partner KPI dashboardRepresent partner business in company business reviewsEnsure partner contractual obligations and service level commitments are well managed. Oversee contract management between client, partner and SchoolTime.Manage client service requests. Define requirements and recommend approachOversee service escalationsEnsure partners needs are properly identified, prioritized and communicated to service and product teamsEnsure partners are properly informed and trained regarding service and product updatesEnsure the partner team documents clean information in company systems including CRMWork across partner and SchoolTime to identify and capture partner and client outcomesCollaborate with business development teams to identify partnership expansion opportunitiesOther responsibilities that may be assigned from time to timeDESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE5+ years in a partnership/alliance management role management consulting, education and software industry preferred.3 + years management experienceProven written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated interpersonal business skills, including the confidence to both be an honest advocate and spine to push backProven technical competencyStrong project management skills. Project management experience preferredExperience with CRM automations.Bachelors degree in a related field (MBA preferred)
