Job Details

HRIS is an integrated information system, which is used to provide management with needed information on a regular basis. The job purpose of the job holder is to provide timely & accurate personnel data for facilitating HR systems and processes. This role will focus on the timely, accurate input of data into Poornata & HResponse database. Acquire and maintain expertise in systems (Poonrata/HResponse) and processes to enable accurate processing of reports/dataKey Result Areas Supporting ActionsPersonal Files Confirmation & Appraisal Document updation & Maintenance of personal files Retrieval of data whenever required Tracking the cases pending for confirmation - last week of the previous month Tracking the cases pending for Annual Appraisal - last week of the previous month Initiation of process n intimation to BHR Issue of confirmation letter & process closureKRA /Goal SettingPerformance Appraisal Initiation of process as per corporate guidelines and intimation to BHR Updation and pending list to BHR during process Sanity Check ( Brand Comparison, Poornata data, normalization curve) Updating the normalised ratings in Poornata Updation of details post issue of Increment Letters Approval of Performance Documents in Poornata & closure of process HR Information System WFA, Position Management & Performance Management Module Administration Day-to-day updation in Poornata Monthly audit of all Poornata modules & effecting necessary updations Adhering to timelines to ensure compliance to Poornata SOP Co-ordination & front ending with Corporate HR for day-to-day poornata updates and closure of audits findings HResponse Helpdesk Maintenance & Enhancement of Help Desk (HRIS process) as per requirement Query closure as per SLAs Weekly tracker to ensure smooth functioning of the process Qualifications PG Minimum 5 years Maximum 8 Years
Degree: MBA/ PGDM

Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
