Technical Training of all Service Team Employees across The Country . Training Manager will be Posted in every State and initiate Technical training with all our Business Partners and Their Teams and will be a Front line technical expert to train field service engineers for fitment & service of company products in the home and kitchen appliances Segment.Responsibility includes Determining training needs, identifying training gaps, & conducting programs to enhance field engineers skill level . Planning and executing technical/soft skill training for company products , process, policy & driving training initiatives for Business partners spread across region. Ensure regular interface with regional team & deliver class room & on field training as per planned regional calendar & measure effectiveness. This profile demands extensive traveling across the state .The incumbent should be and should ideally be based at regional locations/state across India . He should have 8-10 years of rich & proven experience of handling after sales service training delivery . He should have hands on experience on technical training & soft skill training.Candidate must possess excellent written/verbal communication & proven track record during past assignments .Candidates should be well versed with internet browsing and preparing PPT presentation.Candidates Selected for Regional locations must have command of the local language of that area besides having thorough Knowledge of the territory Assigned.
Additional Degree: BE/ B.Tech (Engineering)
