Responsible for Lead generation and business development in assigned region which shall require travelling in and also out of Mumbai.Generate Corporate Client survey business for all lines of general insuranceStreamline systems and processes for implementation of tied policy business by conducting joint meetings with clients and the operations team.Close deals and formulate smooth transition of business to operations team.Client ServicingDirect Corporate Client Relationship ManagementRegular meetings, grievance redressel, after sales support.Track insurance policy expiry / renewals and / or change of insurer regularlyAssisting Credit Control team for Collection and follow up of Outstanding Dues from clients on a regular basisMarket InformationEnvisage current / future market requirements with respect to the services offered and work on market pulse for developing / implementing such new services.Generate data for introducing new services, reviewing & interpreting the market feedback to facilitate new product.Tracking competitor activities & providing valuable inputs & new feature additions for fine tuning the offered services and marketing strategies.Continuously track inter-company / intra-company movement of key personnel of the insurer/insured on a regular basis.Marketing / Business DevelopmentDevelop, implement and monitor annual sales and marketing plans.Develop, Maintain and Share updated MIS with key personnels regularlyCorporate Agent / Broker Management for Corporate Lines of BusinessDevelop and maintain good professional rapport with all insurance companies both PSU's and Private thereby generating increased business.Identify ways for implementation of soft marketing techniques like mailers, flyers, etc at appropriate intervals.Co-ordinate internally with various teams of the organization to ensure efficient delivery of day to day service requirements.Formulate and implement brand management & promotional strategies thereby achieving sales growth.Requirements 5-8 years essentially in sales and marketing degree and having worked preferably in an organization in the services sector. An added advantage if experience of dealing with public sector.Very good at Excel and PowerPoint.Enthusiastic about travelling whenever required to any part of the country.A flair at building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
