To regularly update the trade channel Distributors/MDPs /Direct customers/ Brand Director/NSMs/ Sales Managers on their performance against budget and other routine business info.Key Result AreasSupporting ActionsProvide back end support to all teams (Trade, Value Channel, Key Accounts, Hypermarkets, Factory seconds, Clearance Sale, Institutional & E com) Ensure receivables are on time from the Trade Channel customers CBA achievement against budget ( Whole sale Business ) Manage claims from all channel partners Ensure timely claim reconciliationTo institute an overall MIS flow to the Sales Team giving current performance details i.e. achievement and growth. (Customer - GM sales) Trade channel budget vs. actual - Brand / Product - Daily / YTD (Month / year) Central MIS support to DS Channel Central MIS support to Value Channel To design a functional interactive MIS documents for trade channel Communicate order status to channel partners and Sales Managers / NSM Actual no.s vs. budget as per KE 30 Reports like Brand Profile, Return analysis, Incentive, Stock correction etc Hold, BC , Permit status, BG, Agreement / issues Customer Acct opening and Pricing master maintenanceTo institute a comprehensive customer serviceSystem / process and information flow - Trade Monitor Retailer offers/ scheme e.g. Disc., QPS,B3G2 Free garments, etc Co ordinate with Sales accounts for customer claims Docket creation / communication to the concerned and tracking till closureManagement of Trade Show and Other brand related meets (Distributor meet, Brand meet Trade sales meet etc) Approvals Finalizing the Venue Negotiate rates with vendors (Hotel/travel/VM etc) Itinerary Overall management during the event tenure Budget vs. ActualsTo facilitate regular flow of sales enablers and info. To all concerned Trade & Value Free stock list for FG/Core/Accessories booking Promo discount cataloguing to all value stores Audit schedules at value storesTo facilitate backend trade channel billing Key accounts/CSA/Institutional/ Accessories/ E com/CSA billing process.To maintain value store employees customer master Consolidation of attendance for salary process New joinee formalitiesTo design a smooth front end interface on behalf of Trade Monthly sales plan collation of SMs plan PPO / Core / FG booking status / updateTo timely process all the vendor related payments Landlord /Capillary/Architect visits/Minacs/Trade show related vendorsTeam Management Resolve conflicts, if any among the various interfaces Speedy response and resolution
