Implementing and monitoring all Sales and Logistics efficiencies for desired realization within the assigned territory?Distribution planning and Distributors sales team development by sales training and capability enhancement ?Planning and execution of the sales and distribution strategy for the region. Launching new products and formulate strategy for its growthSales promotion & product promotion activities across the cluster.?Should be responsible for three Sales functions Traditional Trade, Modern Trade and Food Services. ?Planning and execution of Trade Activation initiatives as like Sampling, In Shop Merchandising and Retail and Modern Trade Activations.?Responsible for managing and achieving sales targets and budgets. ?Developing HORECA channel for achieving Food Service sales.?Analyze & Review the territorial achievements and respective growths on a timely basis to define the benchmarks and course corrections.?To Monitor Budgets for Events/Promotions, Signage & Merchandising for support in Business development initiatives.?Scheme execution of the in the market.
Degree: MBA/ PGDM

Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
