Roles and ResponsibilityJob purpose is to implement / deliver talent acquisition & retention initiatives with following objectives ? Hire best in class & competent talent that delivers organizations goals? Keep a firm control on the cost of hiring & deliver through innovative modes of hiring? Work with internal stake holders to ensure a continuous build-up of talent pipeline especially at frontline level.? Put in place right mechanisms that ensure competency based hiring of resources that deliver through right behaviors aligned to the organizations culture & dynamics? Closely working with the functional head to forecast the manpower plan for the respective departments? Design and develop recruitment strategy based on the manpower projections received from functional heads? Recruitment Channel Management Identifying and developing innovative channels for recruitment in addition to the conventional sources of portals and consultants? Responsible for end to end recruitment process from screening to successful joining of the candidate? Closely work with the Corporate HR and HRMS team to ensure smooth induction of new joinees.? Prepare and analyze recruitment MIS on a regular basis to keep a tap on the TAT for closure of each position and also to ensure control on hiring cost.? Ensure adherence to the recruitment process? Actively involved in the Campus hiring, campus connect programs so as to build the relationship with the students to hire the best talent from Campus with minimum dropouts.? Strong people and communication skills coupled with data-driven thinking Major Deliverable areas? Growing market & competition at a fast pace hence retention of key people in the operation, also assumes key importance since the talent pool is an easy prey for the others? Planning for Organization scalability in terms of structure (resources, Campus planning, succession planning) to ensure organization readiness for the future? Anticipating new skill requirements and developing employees to handle the challenges ahead.? Expectation management of diverse skillset.Key Decisions this job will facilitate? Managing Recruitment Budget? Manpower planning? Assigning the right role to all employees in alignment with competency? Balancing between business requirements / challenges as well as employee aspirations Behavioral requirements? Strong people and communication skills coupled with data-driven thinking? Own & deliver the right hiring processes within the organization? Self-Motivated, assertive and positive approach
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
