Roles and responsibilitiesDrive continuous improvement and devise strategy to improvise on the quality of resources being delivered to BusinessTravel to various vendor locations to assess candidates basis business requirementAssess and evaluate new aspirants / advisor population on the defined JD / agreed job responsibility basis each account requirementResponsible for attrition management for a period of 6 months of the new hired candidatesEvaluate effectiveness of New Hire Training interventions and closely monitor progress of newly hired candidatesEngage with new hires on a weekly basis to ensure comfort and flexibility of working environment. Highlight issues if any to all concerned and help control employee dissatisfactionEngage with client and Business owners to understand ongoing process changes and evaluate change in requirement. Tweak hiring specifics basis the business demand / changeDrive Process control & Compliance in addition to managing Audit requirementsEnsure knowledge consistency means like calibration, attrition management etcProvide crisp and specific feedback to Front Line Recruitment Teams on quality of new hiresInteract and streamline channels of communications with other Functions and Clients Support cross process / location teamsWork and display the highest integrity level at work or at Vendor location while carrying out day to day tasks. Report out any wrong doing / suspicious activitiesMaturity in handling customers and work in multi culture process environmentTo achieve the target assigned within agreed quality and timelinesConduct skill testing and interviews, as well as coordinating Voice and functional assessmentsPlan and strategize for project specific recruitment within defined time framesInsure robust documentation and communication. Green status on compliance front.Analytical Skills / Quantitative skillsBlack belt certified/ Six sigma certifiedData Handling / data interpretationNeeds to have good working knowledge of T&TQ (Training & Transaction Quality) systems.Should have understanding of Transition, which is spread between the Handover, Startup, Manage and Exit phases to be able to understand the importance of every businessHigh level of maturity to handle people including but not limited to client, stake holders, peers etc.Process Oriented, Planning, Decision making, Data Handling, Ability to prioritize, Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure in an unstructured environmentDetail oriented, Strong organizational skills, Presentation skillsFlexible to work in 24X7 environment (night shifts and weekends basis scope)Should have strong time - management skills and ability to multitask and work with people at all levels. Should have exposure of hiring for the account alignedAbility to work under pressureTime Management, Interpersonal skills, Team work, Self-motivatedAbility to drive initiatives to closureAbility to deal with all levels of employeesAbility to provide leadership, direction and motivation to build high performing teamsExposure of minimum 8 years in a BPO and associated with the Training / Quality Department for approximately 6-8 years would be preferredGraduate in any disciplineAbility to get out of the box ideas and Process improvement initiatives in the process.
