CriteriaQualifications Any Graduates Minimum 1 year of experience in Mortgage Originations process as Team Leader Domain expertise in US Mortgage Originations. Leadership and People Management skills are required. Bachelor Degree preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the business sense to recognize bothdepartmental andcompany priorities. Open to working in shifts. Would require candidates with good experience in US mortgage only. Look for people with MortgageOrigination Experience. Candidates with experience in Processing, Collateral, Credit & Income,Underwriting and Closing would be preferred. Considering Mumbai has a larger pool in terms of Mortgage Process candidates, we are open to look atcandidates from Mumbai (Relocation Reimbursements will be provided). Do not consider candidates with a Notice Period of more than 1 month. Immediate joiners and candidateswho can buy out notice period (Will be Reimbursed) would be preferred. Salary that we can offer would be a considerable hike on their previous CTC. Candidates would be allowed to serve a notice of 1 month. The ideal candidate mustBe familiar with US mortgage products and guidelines and a working knowledge ofautomated underwriting system.Have well developed oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills.Be detail oriented and organized in documentation and finding defects in files.Be proficient in Microsoft applications and open to learning and applying new softwareapplications quickly. Require candidates with experience in mortgage and good communication skills. The resource would need to work in a function that operates before the underwriting stage. Role would require the resource to gather loan related documents, speak to clients regarding loans anddocuments and pre-underwriting.
