The ResponsibilitiesRole specific responsibilities Analyse the impact of the SW and HW spend in a month.Provide comprehensive analysis of the cost spend in a month and explain material variances.Analyse the GRNI and AP reports to assess the impact on financials and then provide commentary.Support team with Change Control of Cost centers.Manage CC database and work towards rationalisation of CC s.Support preparation of the Annual budgets.Provide SME level support for managing financials and headcount data for India and UK.Support & sometimes lead a monthly working group for all Tower representatives and stakeholders.Assist with the coordination of on boarding for new areas moving in to TechnologyProduce summary/ad-hoc briefing notes for Senior Management as required.Resolve and manage escalations on the POs in India.Suggest ideas for process improvement or system enhancements via the correct channels.Validation - at start of process ensuring the correct vendor code from Ariba is being usedManage exceptions as per the process.Collaborate with continuous improvement team members to maintain a repository of process documentation.Maintain the cost centre authorization matrix and other static for technology India.Essential Strong experience in delivering detailed MI to stake holders Advanced Excel Modelling Skills - (Dashboards, Macro Development, Lookups, Pivot Tables, Sumifs, & Other Functions) Advanced PowerPoint skills with a proven ability to write & present dynamic reports to Senior Management in a fast & efficient manner High standards & levels of data input accuracy Exceptional problem solving skills. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Excellent stakeholder management High level of attention to detail but with a strong understanding of the big picture Taking ownership & following up Collaboration with othersDesirableBanking captive experiencePrior experience in central functions.Familiarity with Oracle or similar finance systems The RequirementsEssential Prior experience of working in central functions such as Business performance and Management Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
