Job Details

List the essential functions (i.e. key responsibilities with expected end results), which must be accomplished in order to fulfill the purpose of your position as described above. *Provide on-call support for the Eaton enterprise globally with 7X24 follow the sun (FTS) modelWill work as Tier 3 support on operational WAN(ATT network) issuesProvide Tier 3 support to GSC on Managed Services issues, arising for LAN, WAN and wireless.Participate in the teams Enterprise weekend on-call support rotation *Network Operational Support Provides the Remedy Incidents and Requests ticket under network service queue, working with Eaton facilities to meet the defined SLAConfigure and support of Cisco router, switch, and wireless equipmentCoordinate efforts with the team to ensure resources are configured correct technically and as per standards.EVPN (i.e MPLS) (Provisioning, Engineering, IP Addressing, Test and Turn-up, Verification of POTs Line, Schedule with ATT and Customer)EVPN (Fault management, update customer, escalation, ATT coordination, site contact)EVPN (Adhoc Reports, Class A, and IP top talk) *Support network service projects as applicable Participate in the design, engineering, hardware quotes & configuration per standards (Adhoc request)Support of acquisitions and divestitures*Support enterprise toolset for monitoring and managing the network.Netscout nGenius configuration and support.Solarwinds updating, maintenance, standards & reportingCisco Network tools TACAS, PRIME, etc. Basic Qualifications (Including Educational Requirements)Strong technical knowledge in local area network (LAN) and wide area network(WAN) technologiesStrong knowledge of Cisco products and MPLS services and technologyStrong knowledge of network monitoring toolsAt least 2 years working experience in Cisco Network function under multinational companyStrong communications skills4+ years of experience with Cisco productsBachelor's degree in Information Systems / Computer Science or equivalentCCNA required at a minimumCCNP certificate is preferredKnowledge of Cisco CUCM, VOIP is a plus.
Degree: MCA/ PGDCA | ME/ M.Tech./ MS (Engg/ Sciences)

Additional Degree: BE/ B.Tech (Engineering) | BCA (Computer Application)

Experience: 4-9
