Job Details

Team is responsible for reporting commitments and internal MIS for Client Account Managers and Account Administration, which includes delivering performance reports, transactions & holdings statements etc to clients, as well as maintaining client information and reporting commitments on the system. Additionally, team works on various client specific requests and ad-hocs. The function requires extensive coordination with product, client service and technology teams.Your primary responsibilities as a part of the Client Service team would include -Taking ownership of all requests and completing them with highest accuracy and timelinessSupport the Team lead with workflow management and guide and encourage junior team members to do their work effectivelyComplete all reporting commitments, coordinating with Client Account Managers and prepare internal MIS as assignedWorking closely with the client account administrators to maintain client and account information on internal systemsMaintain query emails on the team mailbox and respond to queries from on the same dayManaging stakeholder expectations with regular updates and strong governance model working closely with the leadMonitoring the reporting cycle and preparing monthly and quarterly metrics/capacityMaintaining a high level of competency when reviewing reports, and quickly identifying both data and format issuesWork with product, performance, technology teams for data / information required for the reportsRespond to customized and ad-hoc requests regarding clients / account performance, key statistics, holdings, benchmark, etcAssisting the team in maintaining existing reporting procedures, tools and workflows necessary to facilitate the processAssisting other team members with various tasks (maintaining trackers, attending calls)Support all aspects of maintenance and improvement of the Reporting processes, including opportunities to build efficiency and enhanced control measuresPerform UAT testing for any of the new enchantments and work on projects as assignedQualificationGraduate / MBA with minimum 4 years of experience in financial / client service industryAble to manage high volumes and deliver 100% accuracy, as well as encourage, guide and assist the team members to do their assigned tasks effectivelyStrong workflow management skills; Detailed and meticulous, high level of accuracy with no tolerance for errorStrong communication skills and ability to multi-taskStrong team player and must have the capability to build good working relationships with cross functional / geographical teamsProactive, creative and flexible, able to prioritize key tasks effectivelyAbility to communicate in a clear, concise and efficient manner with multiple teamsAbility to simultaneously manage competing priorities, including immediate, short-termControl orientated and Risk awareness is essential. Understand Operational Risks to reduce Risk ProfileTechnical Skill SetsStrong Microsoft office skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)Good working knowledge in AdobeKnowledge of VB Scripting / Macros is desired
