Design*Translates business, customer, and supplier requirements into physical, logical and technical representations, allowing customers to understand how the proposed design will function to meet their needs in the Siebel solution suite.Construction*Demonstrates proficiency in Siebel platform/tools. Produces programming deliverables (code, documentation, services, components, processes) that are of consistently good quality and operate as expected.Designs, develops and supports Siebel solutions. Siebel Experience includes full lifecycle implementation of the technical components of a Siebel solution. Specific Siebel Application experience could include Siebel Contact Center, Siebel Sales, Siebel Self-Service, Siebel Customer Order Management, and Siebel PRM.Skills include requirements definition, Siebel application design and prototyping, Siebel development(Configuration , Scripting , Workflows), Open UI, Siebel Mobile, CTI, BIP Reports, DBs, CRMDT, Testing and CTIEIM Designs, develops and supports all Siebel data conversions (EIM) activities. Skills include analyzing legacy data models, creating data architecture and approach, creating data profiles, data model diagrams, and data mappings in Siebel using ETL, PL SQL, and Siebel GUI tools.EAI Designs, develops and supports integration of Siebel with other CRM applications. Skills include Siebel EAI / Siebel EIM development, integration of Siebel with other applications via programmatic interfaces, Integration Objects, ETL, Siebel Tools.Testing & Implementation*Creates and executes test plans for task and unit level programming deliverables. Creates test data to prove all test cases. Executes and documents results of test plans to ensure modules will operation properly in the production environment. Implements changes in compliance with Eaton practices for change management.Production Support & Customer Service*As required, recognizes recurring production problems and suggests containment and permanent corrective actions. Provides timely, responsive support and service to internal and external customers so that the IT / business relationship is viewed positively.Other*Demonstrates accountability for his/her own work products. Achieves basic level of proficiency with Siebel development tools. Travels as needed to fulfill project tasks. Able to Mentor junior team members, and guide third party development resources.Basic Qualifications (Including Educational Requirements)Requires a 4-year college degree in Computer Science or a related field.Requires 3-5 years hands on experience in Siebel programming techniques and language(s).version 7.8 or aboveRequires 2-3 years hands on experience in Support with the Siebelapplication 8.0 or above and Siebel ToolsExperience working with cross functional applications and infrastructure teams and implementing solutionsExperience on Open UI, Siebel Mobile and CRMDT..Ability to work collaboratively. Good written and oral communications skills.Good knowledge on Version Control applications, integrated with Siebel.
Degree: ME/ M.Tech./ MS (Engg/ Sciences)

Additional Degree: BE/ B.Tech (Engineering)
