Key ResponsibilitiesGeneralAPAC Campus Inbox - All BlackRock Candidate interaction and follow up (i.e. to obtain additional information or to respond to student inquiries)Handle all interview arrangements between candidate and interviewers, keeping track of all candidates in processManage end to end pre and on-boarding for candidates system updates, visa tracking, candidate queries, offer letters, background checks, hand off to contactHR for employee record set upThe successful candidate will be a part of a global Campus Coordination team, connected to team members across the globe to ensure global alignment in practice and process is implemented in APAC, and the team are kept informed on any global practice and process.Campus & Event ManagementWorking with the campus recruiter and broader campus team to ensure all recruiting events and activities are scheduled, organized and executed to a high standard. Specifically this will includeWork with recruiters to post job descriptions and event descriptions on both the BlackRock Campus portal and on external websites; supporting recruiters in virtual recruiting initiatives and marketing projects as directedWork with recruiters/team lead to ensure successful execution of all in house events, including events being adequately staffed with appropriate business representativesCoordinating recruiting event logistics (travel, etc.) for events; manage and monitor event applications, including inviting and updating of the system post eventsPrepare materials for campus events and office visits (making nametags, shipment of brochures, giveaways, for all events, etc.); and represent BlackRock to students at campus events, dependent on requirementsAssessment ProcessProvide recruitment support for campus recruiter including tracking and reporting on candidate applications, and initial management of candidates in the system.Provide general admin support to campus recruiter (check attendance of candidates, prepare interview packs)Appropriately document and manage the post offer, pre-hire process to ensure all necessary actions are taken prior to the new hire start date; be the candidate contact on the day (welcoming, briefing and managing the paperwork during the day)Manage candidates through the pre-boarding process background checks, system updating, be the candidate point of contact throughout the processParticipate in the development and implementation of new HR processes related to onboarding new joinersWorking closely with the wider HR Operations APAC team on process improvement activitiesMust be flexible to perform other duties as assigned
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
