Description of Role1. Manages internal projects Budget as detailed in Impact section Very large/ complex/ multiple regions or global Typically includes definition of strategy to achieve the sponsors vision of an end-state transformation High/ very high risk2. Manages project financials including business impact Meets or exceeds approved budgets Provides reliable financial forecasts to Management3. Manages stakeholder relationships Manages complex multifunction and/ or global relationships with senior and executive stakeholder management4. Manages project team Manages internal as well as external resources with a team generally greater than 20 people from multiple regions Provides detailed performance review input and development recommendations for key contributors Mentors others providing a role model and support for individual development Contributions have major impact on company business (Cost, Efficiency, Total Customer Experience (TCE) generally $7- 20M and/or internal project budget over $5M Typically involves high degree of transformation, (e.g., mergers, divestitures & acquisitions) Impact is evidenced by multiple contributions over time and performance demonstrates sustained level of contribution5. Define and drive Service line sales cadence, business planning, big deal mgmt. support, pricing, forecasting, service line intelligence reporting and execution of define programs, initiatives and strategy6. Support Service Line managers to drive order, revenue, margin , productivity and critical business parameters7. Ensure plans in place to meet budgets (develop bridge plans and tracking to attainment) and strong interlock with Sales8. Ensure SFDC discipline, improve Deal velocity and pipeline quality9. Manage Service lines Enablement10. Drive Quota allocation with conjunction with the Planning manager11. Drive execution of plan and share insights of results
