JOB DESCRIPTIONManage and own the Profit and Loss account for the apparel category for Digital E-Life, the parent company of Source products from local and International suppliers to provide the best product range in the country for erotic lingerie and mens innerwear. Build online and offline distribution channels to support sales.ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES1. Product sourcing and Vendor management for all product sub-categories including identifying local and imported Vendors for which includes Identify and close Vendors partnerships including commercial terms for related product categories. Be responsible for product gross margins. Own Vendor account management and relationships Select product mix (quantities, styles, SKU s, etc.) and raise purchase orders across vendors Planning product ranges based on customer feedback. Preparing sales and stock plans. Managing stock levels based on forecasts including planning inventory cycles and build a process for repeat orders. Train customer service team about the categories and relevant products details Work closely with marketing team to promote products to achieve sales targets2. Build Distribution Channels including Online channels via leading E-commerce websites including account management and sales targets Offline channels including key account management and appointing distributors for bulk sales3. Analyse monthly report and formulate strategies for all product categories and Vendors for sales and profitabilityREQUIRED SKILLS1. A minimum of three years apparel experience 2. Experience specifically in the lingerie segment would be a plus 3. Strong Computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Email. 4. Prior work experience at an E-Commerce / retail / Lingerie brand will be of added benefit.
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
