Job Details

1. Manages a subset of applications and services.2. Liaises with Service Leads, Business Partners and the Customers ensuring high satisfaction levels. 3. Manages resources delivering the service, Internal or External4. Responsible for overseeing the service delivery, ensuring the coordination, overall planning and quick issue resolution. 5. Responsible for managing the service quality by conducting the service reviews with vendors6. Ensures that all supporting components of the service, including any associated SLAs, OLAs and KPI s are aligned and managed as an integrated service.7. Partners with the Operational Excellence Team to drive continuous improvement, cost optimization and performance of the services. 8. Responsible for the Application Availability, their life-cycle management, IGM / compliance requirements of the assets and optimization / modernization / retirement as appropriate.9. Active Involvement in Incident Management ensuring quick Issue resolution and performance within defined SLAs. 10. Overall Issue Tracking and Route Cause analysis for Problems and Major Incidents. Finding patterns & process improvement planning for continual improvement11. Is responsible for the budgeting and resource allocation for the applications / service(s) for which he/she is responsible. 12. Conducts / participates in Service review boards with customers/vendors to perform the health-check.13. Collaborates with the Service Integration and Vendor Management organizations on supplier management including Contract Oversight and Renewals as appropriate. 14. Manage all requirements related to Identity & Access Management15. Manages Changes in the environment carefully, including conducting / participating in Change Approval Board (CAB) meetings 16. Responsible for Continuous Service Improvements through effective ideation and execution of SIP (Service Improvement Plans)17. Interface with other Novartis IT groups such as Global Infrastructure Services and/ or upstream / downstream applications for resolving any issues pertaining to performance of the application.
Degree: MCA/ PGDCA | ME/ M.Tech./ MS (Engg/ Sciences)

Additional Degree: BE/ B.Tech (Engineering) | BCA (Computer Application)

Experience: 5-10
