Responsibilities Prioritizes, scopes, estimates, and manages the team(s) responsible for the development and implementation of engineering solutions. Includes people management responsibilities as well as team budget responsibilities. Communicates technical vision and roadmaps with little supervision. Writes for publication. Provides assessments to management teams indicating business opportunities and critical success factors. Ensures information controls, back-up and recovery strategies are in place across all environments.Projects excellent command of business knowledge and has the ability to solicit input from internal and external sources. Is recognized as a positive leader and is capable of defusing complex interpersonal issues while managing customer expectations. Affects change within sphere of influence and leads development of innovative improvements and world-class practices. Assumes responsibility for team results. Leads implementation of multiple department programs. Responsible for participating in enterprise-wide project team, including members outside of Infrastructure.
