Assess changes for impact on related configuration CIs, technical feasibility, and degree of coordination required to effectively implement changes.Coordinate, convene, and assist in facilitating change review meetings, both internally and with customers record decisions made during change review meetings maintain a schedule of approved and tentative system changes.Verify the completeness and timeliness of changes entered into the change management system follow up non-compliant changes made outside the change management process.Update and ensure the on-going data integrity of the change management database and change processes maintain change process documentation.Document findings and provide information to authorized CAB or eCAB.Act as the point of reference for questions, problems, suggestions, and complaints about the change management system recommend needed adjustments to the change system, as appropriate.Assemble and maintain change and problem history records prepare statistics and trend reports for use in review of the change management process.Resolve change management scheduling conflicts and deviations according to established practices, and obtains advice when precedents are unclear or unavailable.Assist in managing and improving Change Management efforts and overall processes develop detailed specifications for implementation and communication of change process.Ensure current and accurate change documentation coordinate and or perform testing of process modifications and develop, and coordinate process training, educational tools, and materials.Track and communicate key metrics to ensure compliance for Change Management standards and policies.Attend as requested change planning reviews and release control gate meetings.Participate as requested in change scheduling and Production Readiness Reviews for major changes.Uses technical knowledge and subject matter expertise to understand business and technical issues, and potential impacts of the proposed changes.Participate as requested in Post Implementation Review PIR.Ensure that all customers, support staff and Service Desk staff are trained and provided with the appropriate Change documentation and information where needed.Maintain a broad knowledge of state-of-the-art technology, equipment, andor systems.
Degree: MCA/ PGDCA | ME/ M.Tech./ MS (Engg/ Sciences)

Additional Degree: BE/ B.Tech (Engineering) | BCA (Computer Application)

Experience: 8-12
