Job DescriptionDesign & develop strategy to capture Corporatefor selling Gift Products. Generate Leads and handling Key Accounts of Potential Customers/ Clients suchCorporate, Institutions, Corporate Giftingclients. Achieving individual revenue targets. Making proposal & offering end-to-end solutions to meetCorporate requirements.Penetrating these corporateand establishing excellent relationship with the key personnel. Guiding executives in establishing personnel contacts and rapport with top echelon.Co-branding and execute mutually beneficial schemes. Work closely with Technical, Procurement and Logistic departments to timely delivery of materialApplicant will be handling corporatesales and institutional sale , will be generating revenue by approaching new client and serving to existing client. Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions. Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors. Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Required Candidate- Experience 4-10 years of experience in corporate sales& Marketing for retail products. Education Graduation + MBA preferred Corporate sales experienceGood contact data base & clientele of CorporateClients for GiftingExcellent command over English - Written and Verbal Should be adept in negotiationWell groomed, presentable and confident Must be able to work with targets and proven experience of achievement.
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
