Principal Accountabilities1. Customer / Market Visits Visiting the Customer / Market on Regular Basis and Interacting with new customers as well as existing customers. Identify and develop new streams for long-term revenue growth and maintaining relationship with customers to achieve repeat / referral business.2. Develop New Knitters Develop new Knitters for Linen circular Knitting. Motivating customers for new developments. Guiding them with technical parameters. Participating in Fairs & Fashion shows to reach mass to showcase new developments.Visiting market on a regular basis.3 Develop Market Intelligence Utilise public information and network to develop marketing intelligence for generating leads. Relationship building with decision makers and key buyers in pre-sales negotiation stages and influencing decisions.4. Customer Service Coordinating Customer Service by interacting with clients & coordinating with concerned departments for problem resolution; Keeping OTIF maximum. Provide service support / after sales support to clients and resolving their issues / concerns5. Goods StockKeep finished goods stock & Receivables within budgeted limit. Monitoring and strict follow-up. Customers/ agents for receivables of given area Monitor & Control Stock receivables, C-form collection.QualificationsMBA (Marketing) / B.Tech (Textile) Mandatory SkillsMust have rich exposure in Knitting Sales Yarn ; Place of Posting may be North India (Delhi / Ludhiana) for ASM- North; Place of Posting may be South India (Bangalore / Erode / Salem); Good Communication Skills in English as well as Local Language is a basic minimum; Travel for Market / Customer Visits will be Frequent
Degree: MBA/ PGDM

Additional Degree: BE/ B.Tech (Engineering)

Experience: 9-12
