Roles and ResponsibilityPOSITION OBJECTIVEResponsible for providing Best Customer Experience and achieving desired Sales Performance through managing and coordinating with support functions to achieve Operational Excellence in the region. Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness DevelopmentIn-depth knowledge of the Market in the Geographical RegionAbility to propose scout for new sites , shortlist based on business requirement and negotiate with landlords and developers Identify correct rentals and other charges based on the area and market feedbackAscertain and establish operational, financial and marketing feasibility for potential sites and report on the same to the Management Generate out of the box solutions for new business developmentIdentify and forge business relationships with key resources- both internal and external for business development Be the face of the organisation in the region and liaise with various external parties including Developers, Property dealers, Marketing agencies, PR agencies ,Vendors, various Consultants , Govt and semi govt agencies, Corporate and business housesOperations Management - P&L responsibility for all outlets in the Region- Responsible for the growth of the brand and meeting the long and short term objectives of the business in the region- Ensuring all cost parameters are kept in control as laid down by the brand standards- Ensuring the top-line and bottom-line numbers are met in the region.- Ensuring the highest level of customer service to all guests patronising the business- Ensuring adherence to all SOPs of the brand / company as defined and reviewed from time to time- Ensuring international standards on safety, sanitation and hygiene are maintained and followed in all outlets at all times- Ensuring a healthy system of periodic checks and audits are put in place for all aspects related to food safety, controls and compliances- To ensure the business complies at all times with all laid down laws, system and procedures of the State and Central govt and as amended from time to time- To apply for, represent the organisation and procure all necessary licences/ permissions /NOC as required under law ? whether fresh or existing- Represent the company in all legal matters as required.HR - To lead the team of the company in the region for all departments- F&B operations, F&B controls, Marketing, Accounts, Administration, HR, Purchase, Projects, Sales etc as per Organisation structure of the company defined from time to time.- Hire personnel in the region as per business requirement and as per laid down norms of the company- Ensure all labour laws, statutory compliance are obtained and followed with regards to employment of people in the company in the region assigned- Handle all staff grievances/disciplinary actions as per laid down policy of the company.- Identify training needs of the team, as well as coordinate/ carry out training activities as per brand standards to ensure the team is kept well trained at all times.- Maintain harmonious relations and team spirit amongst the staff and keep the motivated at all times Controls & Accounts- To ensure the defined cost structures w.r.t Operations and maintained and followed in all outlets- including COGS, Labour cost, Utilities Costs, Bank Charges and any other expenses which effect the profitability of the organisation.- To ensure that proper norms and best business practices are followed w.r.t establishment of vendors, rate negotiations, receiving standards, preparation standards, service and storage standards- To ensure inventories are carried out diligently and regularly in all locations as prescribed from time to time..- To ensure Periodic cost reports are generated, checked, audited , reported and suitable action initiated as required from time to time- To propose cost optimisation metho.
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
