Job Details

Set up, manage distribution channel for large format stores (LFS), multi-brand outlets (MBO) as well as exclusive brand outlets. (EBOs).Prepare marketing and sales strategyForecast and prepare sales budget as per operation plansIdentify, analyze, new markets and business potentials.Manage the operations of Retail stores as SBU.Build and ensure Brand visibility.Design and manage corporate communications.Develop and manage efficient team.In charge of inventory control & cost/budget control.Maintain client relationships.Taking care of overall merchandising of the storeExpansion- Initiative on new business development, Identify New stores/ Chains/ Franchise and close the deal and execute new store openings.Franchisee management.Negotiation of commercials and terms of trade with Franchise/ Channel partners.Set up retail store operations and maintain best retail standards in all stores as per market positioning of the brand.Achieve primary and secondary sales ensuring effective distribution of Company's productsPropose sales promotion plan/schemes to the sales head and successfully implement sales support activities to generate and close new leads.He / She should be able to build-up his own team and establish a network of well reputed Franchise / Dealers and DistributorsFocus on all round development of sales team by training, continuously motivating, rewarding their performances and deal firmly with non-performances.
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
